My day is like…  whatever I want it to be. Some days it is in my stores, some days I am getting massages and taking naps. It always includes some sort of movement though (pilates, workout with my trainer, hike, walk outside)

I was born… In Ogden, UT. We lived about an hour away from Ogden so not sure why that is the hospital my parents chose to have me at lol

My favorite thing about Arizona… I can lay by the pool in the winter

I’m listening to… The Model Health Show (podcast)

My family… is the best. We are competitive and stubborn, and also very loving and giving.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… my DeeDee (my dad’s mom) and Grandma (my mom’s mom).  There are so many conversations I wish I had had with them while they were still alive.

One thing I cannot live without… human connection

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a teacher, a nurse, a marine biologist

I’m inspired by…

The one person who motivates me is…  Amy – my intuitive mindset coach & friend

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… that there is more love and compassion, and acceptance for people regardless of differences.

The perfect day would be… sitting on a beach and exploring Greece with my man

My first job was… a teller at a local gas station in the small town I grew up in

My favorite escape… getting a massage or the beach, or a massage on the beach lol

My life… is abundant and full of blessings

I’m currently working on… redecorating my home

Always…  love

Never…  judge

Favorite Quote…  enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back, and realize they were the big things

Biggest Dream…  traveling the world for a year with my man

My Pet Peeve(s)… when people leave their shopping carts all over the parking lot instead of putting it in the designated cart return area, or when people drive in the carpool lane when it isn’t carpool lane hours lol.
