A typical day in my life includes… coffee and wine for sure, everything else in between at the moment is a surprise. 

I was born… in Vila Velha, on the southeast coast of Brazil. 

My favorite thing about Arizona…  the blue skies 

I’m listening to…  Another Love by Tom Odell 

My family… We are all very active, and there is always something happening between my kids, parents, siblings, and the restaurant there is always entertainment. It’s a reality show, at least an 8 season Netflix show. 

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…  my dad, he moved to Mexico a couple of years ago, and I don’t get to have dinner with him too often anymore. 

One thing I cannot live without…  Pasta 

When I was younger, I wanted to be…  a fashion designer   

I’m inspired by… Travel, cultures, my kids. 

The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… Me myself and I. 

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… World Peace

The perfect day would be…  spent relaxing on a beach somewhere. 

My first job was… babysitting. 

My favorite escape… Beach, always 

My life…  is freedom. 

I’m currently working on… a few new items for the dinner menu for the upcoming season.
