A typical day in my life includes… going to work for most of the day. If I have time for a break, I like to go to the gym or spend some time with my dog, Daisy. On my days off, I like to catch up on errands, hang out with friends, and do activities. I enjoy resting on my days off but I always find the need to still be productive.
I was born… in southeast Pennsylvania. I lived there for the first 18 years of my life, then I moved out to Arizona so I could attend school at ASU.
My favorite thing about Arizona… I love everything about Arizona. If I had to narrow it down to one thing, it would be how every day here feels like a vacation. The scenery, pools, clubs, restaurants, and more make living here feel like paradise.
I’m listening to… Currently my favorite artists are Toosii, Yatta Bandz, and 3Breezy.
My family… is everything to me. My parents and sister are the most supportive people I know. I talk to them every day and consider them some of my best friends.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Anthony Bourdain. That man was an absolute legend.
One thing I cannot live without… My family. I would be lost without them.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… I had no idea what I wanted to be when I was younger
I’m inspired by… my family and friends. Everyone in my family has a drive that motivates me. I’m also very proud of my friends that went for their dreams. I love to see the people around me doing well.
The one person who motivates me is… This one is a tie. My mom and dad are definitely my biggest motivators. My dad moved to the US when he was 18 and didn’t have a dollar to his name. He’s worked so hard and has built an amazing life for my sister and I. My mom is also one of the hardest working people I know. She is unlike anyone else. I want to do everything I can to make them proud.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… to rid the world of hate. People are so quick to judge others and need to learn to be open-minded. It feels much better to be a good person than a bad one.
The perfect day would be… a productive one spent with my friends exploring, eating, drinking, and laughing.
My first job was… a busser at an Italian restaurant in Pennsylvania.
My favorite escape… is Sedona. There’s something about Sedona that is great for the soul.
My life… Is a constant adventure. I wouldn’t change a thing.
I’m currently working on… expanding the restaurant and figuring out my future goals.
Always… enjoy the small moments. You don’t realize how great they are until they become memories.

Bio-on yourself/company: UNiQ Burger is a fast-casual restaurant in South Scottsdale with an entirely plant-based menu. The purpose of this concept is to provide people with an elevated version of American food without having to consume any animal products. The food at UNiQ is not only loved by the vegan community, but also by people who just enjoy great food.
