A typical day in my life includes… Workout then cold plunge at The Village. Then meetings with my team at optimizing, growing and perfecting our Psychedelic Assisted Treatment business, Daytryp Health.

I was born… In the Biltmore area of Phoenix, AZ.

My favorite thing about Arizona… Friendly faces, beautiful mountains and trippy sunsets

I’m listening to… Phish

My family… Is everything to me. My mom Linda,  my sister Leslee and my dad, Lee. They are my foundation for everything in my life.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… My grandfather, Alvin Cohn

One thing I cannot live without… Mushrooms.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… Michael Jordan or my dad.

I’m inspired by… Brilliant minds, very smart people and people who ask a lot of questions.

The one person who motivates me is… Ajona Olsen, Daytyrp Health’s Medical Director and my good friend

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… Legalize psilocybin mushrooms and psychedelic plant medicines for therapeutic healing.

The perfect day would be… I live it everyday! Building community, meeting great people and manifesting our new psychedelic medicine venture to heal more people.

My first job was… Oscar Taylor’s dishwasher

My favorite escape… Eagle River, WIS fishing trips

My life… continues to get better with age as long as I continue doing the work on self-improvement, staying in gratitude and staying healthy, both physically and spiritually.

I’m currently working on… tactics to improve my mental and spiritual health so that I can be the best version of myself always.

Always… Mastros City Hall once a week when Cristian is working ☺

Never… go to sleep at night with a resentment
