A typical day in my life includes… wake up early up to music, exercise, prepare plant-based meals for the day, followed by consultations/life coaching sessions with clients/professional athletes/entrepreneurs on positive mindset supporting their health and wellness journey. Later in the day, prepare social media content, practice the saxophone, work on my CPD by doing some creative reading, and sales and marketing study finishing the day with live video chats on various social media networks.

More About Carolyn Wellington:
I have been in the health and wellness industry for 40 years. Started my career in nursing and the health and social care sector, later working in exercise and fitness, qualified as a sports remedial therapist in 1996 successfully working with many professional athletes in many different sporting fields.
I was privileged to be selected as the Sports Therapist for Fiji RLFC in the World Cup 2000. I qualified as a certified life coach in 2000 and opened my business ‘The Perfect Balance Health & Lifestyle’ continuing to support clients in their health, wellness, and mindset journey.
I have got to know Carolyn over the last few months through social media she is an amazing lady. She is so positive all the time. I like her way of thinking that you can achieve what ever you put your mind to.
Caroyln is a amazing wonderful lady I’ve ever met and I first came along her lives and found it interesting at what she was saying and she’s also helped me in so many ways and I couldn’t thank her in any other way and I think she’s fantastic at what Carolyn does and helping so many people

Caroline Wellington in her role as a sports therapist it was recommended to me after a thoracic trauma that put me out of action about 20 years ago now. Her treatments were most effective. I remain sporty so there have been other injuries over the years meaning I’ve seen Carolyn grow into the multifaceted professional you see today. Kind caring and focused. It will be my loss but your gain when Carolyn moves to Phoenix
