A typical day in my life includes… a certain amount of chaotic fun and lots of love. With six people in our home, including three homeschooling boys and a grandma in a wheelchair with dementia, something is ALWAYS going on.

I was born… on Long Island, New York

My favorite thing about Arizona…. The entrepreneurs I have met since starting our company.

I’m listening to… Chance the Rapper, Beyonce, and Sadhguru

My family… motivates and grounds all that I do.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…. Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley, Jane Elliot, and Beyonce. I think the conversation would be divine!

One thing I cannot live without… Our Nighttime Nourish facial cream, it makes my skin feel so smooth and has genuinely taken years off my face.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… I wasn’t one of those kids that had a set dream. I knew wanted to be educated because I loved to ponder the world around me. I also knew I wanted a big family but never expected to have 4 sons. I thought I’d marry into a large family…lol

I’m inspired by…. By so many things but mostly I am inspired by people and their relationships with others, the world around them, and how choices impact everything.

The one person who motivates me is… my husband keeps me going. When I am headed toward overwhelm, he is my cheerleader to push me forward, and when I am headed in the wrong direction, he is my navigation system.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… the level of truth and grace topped off with more love.

The perfect day would be…. The first thing that comes to mind is Ice’s classic song “it was a good day”. Like Ice, for me, it is the simple things, family, friends, good food, sunshine, achieving a goal, mixed with a bit of serendipity.

My first job was… I began babysitting at 9; yes, the bar was much lower in the 80’s so was the pay…lol. My first real job was a paper route in Piccadilly Downs on Long Island. I had to be up seven days a week, on my bike by 6:00 am, make sure all the papers were placed on porches, and go door to door to collect the money every week. It was a training ground for responsibility.

My favorite escape…. Almost anywhere with my family where I don’t have to cook and clean so I can focus completely on relaxation and fun.

My life…. Has been a training ground for blessings.

I’m currently working on…. Taking our small businesses (Quench Naturel and Q24) to the next level. This encompasses so many things but definitely affords me a lot of room for creativity, at times sheer exhaustion and best of all a source of pride.

Always… Believe in yourself, keep pushing forward, be kind, and remain grateful.

Never…. Take your lessons or successes for granted.

Favorite Quote…. I don’t like to gamble, but if there’s one thing I’m willing to bet on, it’s myself. – Beyonce

Biggest Dream… Multiple homes in various climates, the ability to go to them at will, and a family and friends to share it with.

My Pet Peeve(s)…. People who don’t do what they say they are going to do and spirituality without substance.
