A typical day in my life includes…  I’m up around 6 am and usually head to bed around 10. Other than those two measurements, it changes daily sometimes by the minute. I work with my team on the mortgage business, work with my other team at Color My Credit, analyze credit reports, make TikToks, consult people one on one and as couples, write new content and material for videos. I do a LIVE on TikTok from 4-pm-5pm MWF and a variety of podcasts or new partnership meetings. I recently shot a small segment for a show for a credit card partner of mine at my house and that airs this week.

I was born…
in Phoenix, AZ at John C Lincoln.

My favorite thing about Arizona…
Sunrise, Sunset…..

I’m listening to…
TikTok Top Trending songs and anything and everything. Very passionate about music!

My family….
is excited for Summer. Not for the heat so much but we are excited to head over to California this summer for vacation and I’m taking my little girls to Hawaii for the first time in two weeks. We love traveling. My oldest is going to be in high school next year and my 11-year-old starts middle school so they are at a fun age that really keeps me on my toes and they are super fun to travel with!

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…
Ryan Gosling. My girls understand,

One thing I cannot live without…  AirPods. I am a walk and talk person and I love listening to music as if it is my own  life soundtrack

When I was younger, I wanted to be…
living in California. I couldn’t wait to graduate college and move there. Once I decided what I wanted to do and where I wanted to be, it took all 3 days to move there after graduation.

I’m inspired by…
My girls, My Mom, The people I consult…..I am inspired daily by my Team Dreama and Christina and their ability to accomplish what they do and never bat an eyelash. I love reading quotes, the bible, listening to books and podcasts and I am always inspired in the silence. There is a Pastor in town named Jason Fritz who inspires me with his gift for teaching.

The one person who motivates me is…  My mortgage partner of 9 years Dreama. She is so necessary to me.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
 to end homelessness.

The perfect day would be…
Any day I get to be with my girls. They bring a lot of peace to me and we have had lots of adventures. Any day I get to create a new memory or experience with them is my favorite day.

My first job was… Working at Wet Seal in Paradise Valley Mall. I counted down the days until I turned 16 so I could work there. I worked A LOT of jobs. My mom built a curiosity in me about what people did for a living and she always encouraged me to get out there and try EVERYTHING so I could figure out what I DON’T want to do for a living. So I tried it all…

My favorite escape…  San Diego Pacific Beach and Newport Beach! Anywhere I can be on the beach!

My life…
Looks a little chaotic from the outside I am sure for most but for me, it looks no different than when I was 16 and breaking out the markers to color code my week ahead. I am not a TV watcher-no cable, no streaming- no Netflix- no ads. Nothing. So that gives me a lot of time.

I’m currently working on…  A professional training program to help Finance professionals learn how to mentor and coach people using Color My Credit tools and methods to help more people empower themselves in building a financial legacy.

Always…
Say I Love you and be the last to let go.

Never…
say never. You never, ever know.

Favorite Quote…
You can get everything you want in life if you just help enough people get what they want. – Zig Ziglar

Biggest Dream…
Color My Credit brings hope to generations long after I am gone.

My Pet Peeve(s)…
People that have Pet Peeves. Get over it. Life’s too short and no one’s perfect.

More About Alisa Glutz:
Color My Credit was designed to illuminate a complicated subject using something everyone knows….crayons. Financial education has never been so important and yet it still isn’t being taught in schools. Since the housing crisis, credit scores have become the butterfly effect in building a financial legacy. Whether you get the job or how much you pay for a home, car, and insurance all depend on the credit score model being applied, and with over 50 models for each consumer available, it is easy to get overwhelmed.

Born and raised in Arizona, Alisa Glutz is also a proud graduate of Arizona State University. After a successful beginning to her career working in Hollywood as an Executive for HBO and a Producer on ABC’s Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher, Alisa decided to return to her native Arizona where she became committed to helping her community realize the dream of homeownership and understand their true credit potential. Color My Credit teaches consumers how to understand their credit report in a colorful, simple way by bringing them back to Kindergarten reminding them of who they were before their story began to shape their beliefs. This isn’t credit repair….this is credit empowerment. A brand new industry with a new approach and method consumers can be empowered by and be able to pass on to future generations.

A busy advocate for consumers who are equally passionate about improving their credit scores, a prolific writer, and a woman bent on empowering others, Alisa Glutz is no stranger to the media! She is an expert in mortgage credit with 18 years of being a top originator in the mortgage industry. Alisa is a teacher at heart, a natural speaker, and engages audiences from short podcasts to lengthy radio shows. Her mission is to shake up the thinking of consumers who have more personal shame than hope and show them….they know more than they think. Whether you are 3 years old or 90, black or white, single or married, male or female……we all know how to color. Everyone belongs at the table. If you know how to color, you know how to improve your credit! You will experience her in print, on social media, and engaging with the public who has grown to love her sass, her style, and her over-arching wisdom.
