A typical day in my life includes…

millions and millions of people. You can find me going live on Facebook or Instagram in the morning then working out, checking in with my business and spending time with my family.

I was born…

ready, willing and able.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

it’s my home.

I’m listening to…

my wife. I like to be happy.

My family…

is my greatest blessing and my reason why every day.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

me at age 8 because I was small for my age, I had glasses and got bullied a lot. I would tell myself to hang on… it gets better from here… and it’ll be a great ride!

One thing I cannot live without…

my winning perspective. It has made all the difference in my life. I truly believe I always win, even when I make mistakes or something happens that could be interpreted negatively. I am relentless in my understanding that as long as I learned from the experience and adjust my course accordingly…I won.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a high school teacher. I have always had a passion for teaching others.

I’m inspired by…

resilience, especially from the underdog because I know just how hard it is to make something of yourself with no money or connections. So now, it’s my turn to give back. I am an active member of the Chandler Compadres, a local organization that focuses 100% on Chandler families to help provide resources for disadvantaged kids in the East Valley. We are the largest supporter of the Boys and Girls Club and ICAN in our area. I am so very proud of the work we do because our future is the children and as our community leaders of tomorrow, they need our support now.

The one person who motivates me is…

my dad. He’s my hero and best friend. All my life he’s provided me with guidance, humor and support (especially in those early years when I really needed it). Along with the birth of my two children and marrying my beautiful wife Shannon, seeing my dad’s face when I closed my first deal real estate deal is still one of my most precious memories. Making my dad proud means everything to me.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

empower people to work for themselves, so they can follow their dreams, and live to their fullest potential. For me, that’s a world with more real estate investors.

The perfect day would be…

basically how I live every day. I have the financial freedom to craft every day to my ultimate whim and win. There is nothing like having the ability to have complete control of your own life and destiny.

My first job was…

washing dishes in a little neighborhood Italian restaurant. I was 12 but so short that my boss would pick me up and put me in one of those huge industrial size pots that you’d cook the pasta sauce in and I’d scrub it clean from the inside to get the sauce out.

My favorite escape…

is the golf course. No matter what’s going on, I remember it’s always one shot at time. No matter where I am, I focus on making the most of my next shot because staying present is the key to how to win in life.

My life…

is a compilation of my many choices and lessons I’ve learned along the way. It’s filled with the most amazing family, the best people and experiences and the ultimate dream team. Every day is a blessing.

I’m currently working on…

creating the best real estate “flipping” training in the world.

Always…

remember to show appreciation for others. None of us could do it alone… we all have people that have helped us along the way. Show them that they matter to you.

Never…

quit. Don’t stop. Do whatever it takes to make your dreams a reality because with enough work, all things are possible.

Favorite Quote…

Our chief want in life is someone who shall make us do what we can. This is the service of a friend. With him, we are easily great.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Biggest Dream…

I want to be the friend that Emerson talks about and create the ultimate community of people realizing their dreams of financial freedom…so they can live their best life and help make the world a better place for everyone.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

when people play small and complain. The only way to get anywhere in life is to play full out and stay humble. Keep an open mind and always look for the best ways to scale your results and experiences. The best way to do this, I’ve found, is by having a mentor so you can leverage their success for your own. Having the RIGHT mentor has literally has been the KEY to my success. If I can do it, so can you!
