meditation to start the day, bible reading, then off to yoga or the gym, followed by business calls and meetings (if any), then some down time to write on one of my developing projects.

is the topography, mountains and general outdoor lifestyle. It promotes being active which is something that is important to me…also the people, I have been blessed to have met amazing souls, which makes it feel like home.
