There are a couple days out of the year that really put my willpower to the test. Halloween is definitely one of them. So I usually consider it a calorie-free day. Heck, a couple freebie food days a year aren’t going to put a dent in the scale. The key is not to beat yourself up after (free is free… and guilt does NOT burn calories), and to get right back on the wagon come November 1st. This can be tough.
