Throughout the month of October, Sushi Roku at W Scottsdale will be donating a portion of the proceeds from their specialty Save a Pair cocktail made with prickly pear and served with a pair of macaroons. With a vibrant pink color and rich flavors of prickly pear, apricot and strawberries, this cocktail is garnished with a bouquet of Baby’s Breath flowers to represent those who have beat cancer.
Save a Pair
- 1.5 oz. vodka
- .75 oz. Giffard’s Abricot Brandy
- .75 oz. Strawberry-infused Aperol (substitute with 2-3 muddled strawberries)
- .5 oz. Prickly pear puree
- .75 oz. Lemon juice
- Top with prosecco
Directions: Shake ingredients and strain into a double old fashioned glass. Top with prosecco and garnish with Baby’s Breath – purple viola flower.
