Whiskey Passion Fruit Sour
2 oz Makers Mark Whiskey
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Monin Passion fruit syrup
.5oz egg white
pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in old fashioned or cobbler glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon twist and a cherry.

Whiskey Sour
2 oz Buffalo trace Whiskey
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup* expansion
.5oz egg white**
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in old fashioned or cobbler glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with half orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Sloe Whiskey Sour
1 oz Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Plymouth Sloe gin
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Simple syrup
.5oz egg white

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain in old fashioned or cobbler glass. If served “On the rocks”, strain ingredients into old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon twist and a cherry.
