The 7th Annual Weekend Jetaway at W Scottsdale is taking off on Friday, Nov. 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. with a live performance by Lee Brice. The country music star has topped Billboard charts with his hits like “Hard To Love,” and will be the star of the show for the highly anticipated event which usually attracts more than 1,000 guests.
Now in its seventh year, the annual event will benefit two charities with 50 percent of ticket sales going to The Challenge Foundation and Folds of Honor. The Challenge Foundation is a local organization dedicated to providing educational opportunities like tuition scholarships to ambitious, hardworking students, as well as individualized support to low-income families. Folds of Honor is a nonprofit that grands K-12 and higher educational scholarships to families of fallen and disabled service members of America.
In addition to live entertainment from Lee Brice, the night will include a full bar with spirits and cocktails, food from various Valley restaurants and entry into a casino-style dice game which will award the winner with an all-expense paid private luxury trip to Las Vegas for four via private jet.
VIP tickets are $150, with 50 percent benefiting The Challenge Foundation and Folds of Honor.
