Celebrate the Chinese New Year at Blind Dragon Feb. 1-2. The Old Town Scottsdale karaoke bar will have a DJ both nights from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Blind Dragon will also be hosting a red envelope giveaway for anyone booking a private room or table with bottle service. A Chinese red envelope is known as “lai see” in Cantonese and “hong bao” in Mandarin and is simply an ornate red pocket of paper the size of an index card. Decorated with beautiful Chinese calligraphy and symbols conveying good luck and prosperity, the envelopes are usually stuffed with money.
Blind Dragon will be giving out their own version of the envelopes with prizes including a free hour of karaoke, free bottle service, food and drink coupons and more.
