CALA Scottsdale launched its “12 Weeks of Spritz” series, a cocktail lineup designed to bring a bright, refreshing twist to golden hour, brunch, and late-night dining. Running through late August, the program introduces a new $12 spritz each week, encouraging guests to return regularly and discover evolving flavor profiles inspired by coastal summer living.
The menu showcases a mix of citrus, fruit, herbal, and spice-driven combinations. From light and floral notes to bold, fruit-forward blends, the series is built around variety and discovery, giving each week its own distinct personality at the Scottsdale dining destination.
Highlights from the lineup include the Rosé Spritz, featuring Ketel One grapefruit & rosé vodka with strawberry, rose, lemon, elderflower, and sparkling rosé, and the Spiced Cantaloupe Spritz, which blends Casamigos Blanco, cantaloupe, lime, passionfruit, jalapeño, prosecco, and soda water for a sweet-heat finish.
Guests can also expect creative combinations like Blackberry & Ginger, Orange Turmeric, and Creamy Coconut, each designed to reflect the playful, elevated spirit of the series. Other standout creations include the Blood Orange Spritz with Ramazzotti Aperitivo, Ketel One citron, citrus, and soda, as well as the Fig Spritz, which layers fig vodka, grapefruit, lime, mint, and sparkling rosé for a balanced, aromatic profile.

The program also features vodka and tequila-based spritzes that highlight cucumber, watermelon, hibiscus, and strawberry. With each cocktail priced at $12, the series offers an accessible way for guests to explore new flavors throughout the summer while enjoying CALA Scottsdale’s coastal-inspired atmosphere.
The concept encourages a sense of anticipation, with each week bringing a new reason to visit and a new flavor to experience. Learn more at calascottsdale.com.
