As a former Wildcat, it is my duty to announce the 43rd Annual Wildcat Football Kickoff Luncheon, which will be put on by The University of Arizona Alumni Association’s Phoenix Chapter on Aug. 28!
At 12:30 p.m. at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, the tailgate-style event will feature NFL Analyst Glenn Parker, Arizona Football Head Coach Mike Stoops, Arizona Athletic Director Greg Byrne and former UA football greats Tony Bouie, Max Zendejas, Michael Bates, LaMonte Hunley, John Kaiser, Mike Lucky, and Randy Robbins. Get your game face on!
The Phoenix Chapter of the UAAA will use proceeds from this event for immediate scholarship awards, a scholarship endowment, and/or scholarship fundraising.
Individual tickets are available for $60 each and $30 for children 10 years old and younger. Sponsorship opportunities and VIP table purchases are also available.

About the University of Arizona Alumni Association’s Phoenix Chapter: The main goal of the University of Arizona Alumni Association’s Phoenix Chapter is to raise money for scholarships for outstanding high school seniors in Maricopa County planning to attend the University of Arizona. The Phoenix chapter hosts a variety of events designed to raise money for the scholarship program. The Phoenix Chapter has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships to more than 500 exceptional high school seniors in Maricopa County.
