Recipes: Nolet’s Summer Cocktails

When summer cocktails come to mind, so does tequila or rum. However, Nolet’s, a divine dry gin, has shared several season-friendly cocktails that are sure to make a great sidekick at your next summer barbecue or pool party.
NOLET’s Silver Cucumber Mint Lemonade
1.25oz NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
1oz Simple Syrup
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Cucumber Slice
8-10 Mint Leaves
Muddle cucumber and mint with simple Syrup and lemon juice in a mixing glass. Add NOLET’s Silver, ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh spring of mint.
 
NOLET’s Silver Pimm’s Cup
1oz NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
.5oz Pimm’s No. 1
1oz Lemonade
1oz Ginger Ale
Build a cocktail in a highball glass over ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with summer foliage of your choice, such as lemon, cucumber, mint, strawberry and basil.
 
NOLET’s Silver Basil Collins
1.25oz NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5oz Simple Syrup
3 Basil Leaves
4oz Club Soda
Combine all ingredients, except soda, in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge and basil leaf.
 
NOLET’s Silver Strawberry Breeze
1.25oz NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
1oz Fresh Lime Juice
1oz Agave Nectar
1 Strawberry
6 Mint Leaves
Soda Water
Muddle strawberry and mint leaves in a mixing glass. Add all remaining ingredients, except soda water, with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and strawberry.
 
NOLET’s Silver Blueberry Lemon Collins
1.25iz NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
.5oz Simple Syrup
4oz Lemonade
3 Blueberries
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Gently tumble between glass and tin. Pour directly into a Collins glass. Top with extra blueberries and a lemon wedge.
 
NOLET’s Silver Kiwi Cooler
1oz NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
.5oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Slices Peeled Kiwi
Soda Water
Middle kiwi directly in a Collins glass. Build cocktail over ice and stir, topping last with soda water, garnish with a slide of fresh, peeled kiwi.
