Jul. 25, 2015. Chef Chris Lusk of New Orleans' R'evolution restaurant joined Chef Beau MacMillan and his team for a Lunch & Learn. The "take a bite out of the Big Easy" menu featured gumbo, shrimp and grits and bread pudding, plus classic southern cocktails. This year is the 14th Lunch & Learn season at the Sanctuary.
