Magic & the Brain at Phoenix Theater on Sep. 17, 2012.

A benefit for Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center was held at the Phoenix Theater. It featured Magicians Mac King (from Las Vegas) and the Amazing Randi (considered the World's Elder Statesman of Magic), as well as presentations by scientists Susana Martinez-Conde and Stephen Macknik on what magic tells us about the brain, and why it matters. A fun and educational show!
