The final Lunch & Learn event of the summer featured Chef Beau MacMillan and his guest Chef Danny Grant. Chef Grant is a Michelin-starred chef who was named one of Food & Wine's "Best New Chefs" for 2012. Chef Grant's impressive culinary career has included stints with Sanctuary's own Elements, as well as New York's Gramercy Tavern and The Modern, Paris Apicius, and Chicago's North Pond and RIA.
