Aug. 13, 2016. Part of an ongoing summer lunch series of local winemakers pairing their wines with FnB's Chef Charleen Badman's culinary creations. Winemaker Curt Dunham of LDV Winery was on hand to explain his wine philosophy and winemaking techniques. Peggy Fiandaca, co-owner of the winery also shared information with the audience. The lunch consisted of: 1st course - house pulled mozzarella, anchovy, olives, grapes 2013 LDV Viognier 2nd course - salmon rillettes, grilled noble bread, house pickles 2013 LDV Syrah 3rd course - roased chicken cacciatore style, crispy polenta 2012 LDV Petite Syrah 4th course - lemon verbena panna cotta, plums, nectarines, ginger cookie
