Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch will host a five-course pre-fixe dinner Valentine’s Day dinner at Alto Ristorante e Bar.

The holiday dining experience will begin with an appetizer of mazzo di Fiori, followed by a choice between stramboli bianco, or mozzarella gonfia. The third course will consist of spiced heirloom carrots and prawns. Entrée selections will feature carne alla pizzaiola, bucatini ricci di mare, a chicken saltimbocca served with foraged mushrooms, or creste di gallo. For dessert, guests can select between a raspberry lychee delight or gluten-free flourless strawberry chocolate cake served with strawberry cremeux and dark chocolate mousse.
