Kick-off Christmas Day with a holiday brunch at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa!
The holiday brunch will include holiday favorites such as brown sugar and bourbon glazed ham, whipped potatoes, and pork crown roast with spiced fruit chutney. Additional selections include chilled Alaskan crab legs, prime rib of beef with au jus and horseradish cream, chicken and cheese quesadillas and roasted carnitas tacos, roasted salmon and a sushi station. The meal will also include breakfast selections such as made to order omelets, a “Green eggs and Ham” benedict with herb hollandaise and Canadian bacon, chocolate chip pancakes and cinnamon swirl French toast.
The holiday brunch will also feature special selections for kids including cheese and pepperoni pizzas, chicken tenders, and macaroni and cheese, as well as a “Candyland” dessert station with various house-made cakes and pastries.
The brunch buffet is $125 for adults or $145 with an unlimited mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 629-6231.
