Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch, is hosting a Winemaker Dinner featuring Rombauer Vineyards, a family-owned vineyard based in Saint Helena, Calif.
The event will begin with appetizers and a wine reception where guests can meet Tim Hirota, with Southern Wine & Spirits. Following the reception, Hirota will join the resort’s Chef Joaquin Estolano Jr. as they guide guests through a five-course meal expertly paired with the winery’s famous selections. Following dinner, guests have the opportunity to purchase bottles of Rombauer Vineyard wine with an event discount.
Rombauer Vineyard was founded in 1980 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer who produce acclaimed wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and the Sierra Foothills. The vineyard is family owned and operated and has made a name for itself based on its high-quality wines, beautiful vineyard sites, and premier hospitality.
The Winemaker Dinner at Hyatt Regency Scottsdale will take place at the resort’s Alto ristorante e bar on Thursday, November 17. The welcome reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. The event is $149 per person and reservations are required by calling (480) 629-6231.
