Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch will host a Thanksgiving feast for local residents and resort guests. Families who visit the resort for Thanksgiving can also enjoy several holiday activities throughout the day.

The Thanksgiving Feast will be served in the resort’s Southwest Bistro restaurant between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., with live music starting at 11 a.m. It will consist of holiday favorites including an herb-roasted turkey served with stuffing, cranberry relish, and giblet gravy, as well as a maple-basted ham with a butterscotch glaze. Additional selections include free range chicken with a creamed orzo, a spiced root vegetable hash, stewed beef barbacoa tacos, and several seafood selections including roasted salmon with a cranberry glaze, chilled Alaskan crab legs, jumbo shrimp, and more. A variety of breakfast favorites will be provided including made-to-order omelets, eggs benedict, chocolate chip pancakes, cinnamon roll French toast.

Families can select from several kid’s menu items such as cheese and pepperoni pizzas, chicken tenders, and macaroni and cheese. The meal will also feature the “Candyland” dessert station with various house-made desserts including pumpkin pie, cherry cheesecake, warm fudge brownies, and chocolate mousse cake.
