I have stayed at other Ritz-Carltons before, so I will assume the rooms here are as lovely as the others, though I have never been inside one myself.
I have enjoyed martinis in the lobby before and I always feel special pulling up to the valet here and walking through the nice crisp, cool, classic lobby. I have attended many events here and the catering is always very good. If a visitor is looking for a real Arizona resort though, with outdoor space, multiple dining options, spa and golf, there are many better places, since this Ritz property is more of a hotel than a resort and would suit the business traveler or leisure traveler who wants to be centrally located and near shopping.
