Angelina Jolie in Vogue: Photos & What She Divulges

One of my all-time favorite people of Hollywood is the breathtakingly beautiful Actress and Philanthropist Angelina Jolie. When she decides to make an appearance either on camera or in print, she creates quite a stir. Attention will soon be directed to the December issue of Vogue, as Jolie is the focal feature who talks kids, home life and Brad!

In the article, titled “The Other Angelina,” the actress and mother of six describes her family life at home. Jolie says she took the role with Johnny Depp in The Tourist, which opens this month, in the interest of her family. “I said I needed something that shoots not too long, in a nice location for my family. Somebody said there’s a script that’s been around, and it shoots in Venice and Paris. And I said, ‘Is it a character I haven’t played before?’ And they said, ‘Yes, it’s a lady.’ ”

Some interesting info you probably didn’t know about Angelina:

  1. According to the writer, “her photogenic beauty is mesmerizing in real life.” It’s “quite disturbing, because it makes you ‘gaze and gaze.’ Women who can hypnotize people just by sitting and breathing have a spooky power.”
  2. She mostly wears black. She says it’s utilitarian.
  3. Brangelina takes turns working on films so one of them can be with the kids.
  4. She, herself receives every script with a female role between the ages of 18 and 40! She doesn’t have an agent or a publicist. “She just follows her feeling, holds her own counsel.”
  5. Her character in her last movie Salt was originally written for a male- Tom Cruise!
  6. The Brangelina clan has homes on three different continents.
  7. They have a bulldog named Jacques to add to the bunch.

And as for Angies talk of Brad, she says “I think he’s an extremely sexy—extremely handsome and the most sexy. . . . When I think about him, I just think of the man who’s such a great friend and such an extraordinary father.”
