Want to enjoy Thanksgiving in the comfort of your home own but prefer not to take on the cooking? Four Valley restaurants are offering delicious, easy pick-up meals that are ready to heat and serve to your holiday guests. (Note each restaurant’s notice minimum or order-by dates.)
Let Bobby-Q Great Steaks & Real BBQ do all the work with their famed smoked Thanksgiving turkeys, available for pick-up Nov. 1 – 25 (Bobby-Q’s will be closed on Thanksgiving Day). Each 12- to 15-pound turkey (pre-cooked weight), serves two to four people. It can be purchased a la carte for $55 or packed with a quart of mashed potatoes, a quart of fire-roasted corn, a pint of gravy and eight cornbreads for $75. Minimum 72-hour notice required.
Enjoy the holiday with your friends and family and let Luci’s Healthy Marketplace do the job for you. Food is fully cooked and ready to heat and serve. For $159.99, a 12- to 14-pound turkey, gravy, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and more, for six to eight people. Orders must be made by Nov. 19.
Chompie’s is now taking pre-orders for whole oven-roasted turkeys, pies, or full-course meal packages at its four Valley locations. Chompie’s turkeys and fixings are cooked fresh from scratch using the Borenstein family recipes. They’re made the same day as the scheduled pick up and include reheating instructions, so they can be served in about 30 minutes. Whole turkey and large dinner packages must be ordered at least 72 hours in advance for pick up on Nov. 25 or 26. Chompie’s four Valley locations will be open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
The Market Restaurant + Bar by Jennifer’s offers Thanksgiving curbside catering Nov. 25 from 2 to 6 p.m. or Nov. 26 from 9 to 11 a.m. For $179.99, enjoy a whole roasted turkey, stuffing, whipped potatoes, pumpkin pie and much more to serve six people. Must order by Friday, Nov. 20.
