Recipes: Fall Cocktails from Pine Canyon

With seasonal ingredients like apple, pumpkin, caramel and pear, the new cocktail lineup at Pine Canyon in Flagstaff is as festive as it gets. The pros at Pine Canyon shared the recipes so you can recreate these sips at home.
Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate
Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Bailey’s Salted Caramel, one teaspoon caramel syrup and one serving of hot cocoa mix. Fill with about 6 oz. steamed milk and leave room for whipped cream on top. Top whipped cream with a drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of sea salt.
Warm Apple Pie.
Ingredients: 2 oz. brown sugar apple-infused spiced rum, ½ oz. honey and fill remaining glass with warm apple cider.
Pumpkin-Spiced White Russian
Ingredients: 2 oz. Kahlua, 1.5 oz. pumpkin creamer and ¾ oz. vanilla vodka. Top with a dash of pumpkin spice.
La Poire Rouge
Ingredients: 2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire, ¾ oz. St. Germain, ½ oz. simple syrup, pinch of nutmeg and a splash of Sierra Mist or other lemon-lime soda.
