Recipe: Creature’s Comfort

Bright and tropical, this picture-perfect sip from OBON Sushi + Bar + Ramen has us dreaming of sandy beaches and towering palms.
Creature’s Comfort
1 1/2 oz. Blanco tequila
1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/2 oz. Critter Bitters (a homemade herbal compound with serrano, cacao, black lime and herbal liqueur)
3/4 oz. Pineapple matcha syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
1/4 oz. Yuzu juice
In a shaking tin, combine all of the ingredients. Shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a frozen Collins glass and add crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple and a tropical flower.
