DIY Dessert Tea


If you’re planning a trip to LA anytime soon, you’ll want to hightail it to Little Fluffy Head Cafe, the original cheese tea shop in the West Coast that launched a new lineup of dessert tea drinks. Not headed west this summer? Well, the folks at Little Fluffy Head provides simple steps for crafting your own dessert tea at home.
To make a tea with cheesecake cream,

  1. Prepare

9 tablespoon of whipping cream
3 teaspoon of milk
0.5 oz of cream cheese
a pinch of salt and sugar or (depends on your preference)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip together using a hand mixer until the texture is thick
  2. Brew a cup of tea
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Add ice to cool down the tea
  5. Layer the cream on top of the tea

 
To make a tiramisu cream pairing with milk tea,

  1. Prepare

2 tablespoons of whipping cream
4 teaspoon of milk
0.5 oz of cream cheese
sugar and coffee powder
A pinch of vanilla pie mix
Mix the milk with coffee powder first, and depends on how strong you want the tiramisu cream tastes like, you can adjust how much coffee powder to add.

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip together using a hand mixer until the texture is thick. Add sugar at the end to make it taste sweet. Don’t add the sugar too early because it will be harder to whip the cream to a fluffy stage.
  2. Brew black tea first and add milk base and sweetener
  3. Add ice to cool down the milk tea
  4. Layer the cream on top of the tea

You can even add chocolate powder on top to make it taste chocolaty.
 
To make a white chocolate cream,

  1. Prepare

3 tablespoons of whipping cream
5 tablespoons of milk
0.5 oz of white chocolate powder
sugar and salt

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whip together using a hand mixer until the texture is thick. Add sugar and salt to taste.

White chocolate cream is good for fruit tea, making fruit tea into a dessert tea.
