District’s Peppermint Patty
1½ ounce Koloha rum
3/4 ounce Lime juice
1 ounce Rosemary mint simple syrup
Peppermint white chocolate whip
Add ingredients to shaker, shake and pour into glass.
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Peppermint whip (recipe below)
Peppermint Whip
7½ ounces heavy cream
1 ounce crème crème de menthe
2 ounces crème de cacao
Add ingredients to a metal bowls and stir for 10 minutes
