Festive and delicious, whip up this pepperminty cocktail by District American Kitchen and Wine Bar for tomorrow’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. (Available at District American Kitchen and Wine Bar tomorrow for $10.)
District’s Peppermint Patty
1½ ounce Koloha rum
3/4 ounce Lime juice
1 ounce Rosemary mint simple syrup
Peppermint white chocolate whip
Add ingredients to shaker, shake and pour into glass.
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: Peppermint whip (recipe below)
Peppermint Whip
7½ ounces heavy cream
1 ounce crème crème de menthe
2 ounces crème de cacao
Add ingredients to a metal bowls and stir for 10 minutes
