Savor the award-winning cuisine of food pioneer, Chef Kevin Binkley, during a special 15-course Tomato Dinner (pictured) on July 1 at Binkley’s in Cave Creek. Chef Binkley will host a 15-course dinner with all courses highlighting fresh tomatoes. The dinner begins at 6:30 p.m; $98 plus tax and gratuity per person (wine pairings are $54). Each guests will receive a goodie bag of local tomatoes to take home. Reservations are required by calling 480.437.1072. Space is limited.
The Black & Blue burger is back at Hopdoddy. The 100 percent Angus beef patty is brought to the next level of decadence with blue cheese, fig and onion marmalade and crispy apple-smoked bacon. Sandwiched between a brioche-style bun, slathered in a black pepper aioli, this burger has the perfect blend of sweet, tangy and smoky flavors. It is available through Sunday, June 28.
