Mastro’s is making a strong case for elevating weeknight plans. Through September 24, guests can enjoy the restaurant group’s limited-time Summer of Luxury menu, a three-course dining experience available Monday through Thursday for $100 per person at all three Valley locations: Mastro’s City Hall, Mastro’s Ocean Club, and Mastro’s Steakhouse. The offering gives diners the chance to build a customized meal while mixing classic steakhouse favorites with lighter warm-weather options and a few indulgent upgrades along the way.

The experience begins with a choice of appetizers ranging from lighter fare like mixed greens and shrimp cocktail to richer options including French onion soup and Mastro’s signature Nueske’s Maple Glazed Bacon Steak. Guests visiting Mastro’s Ocean Club can opt for New England clam chowder in place of the traditional soup course. Entrée selections span land and sea, offering everything from organic lemon pepper chicken and blackened salmon to a double-cut pork chop topped with apple pecan brandy sauce.

Steak lovers can keep things classic with a petite filet or opt for premium upgrades like a 14-ounce bone-in filet or a 22-ounce bone-in ribeye. Customization continues throughout the meal. Diners can add house-made compound butters, including black truffle, lemon calabrese, and bone marrow varieties, to personalize their steakhouse experience.

Side dishes range from garlic mashed potatoes and rosemary garlic wild mushrooms to creamed corn and spinach prepared steamed, sautéed, or creamed. Those looking to fully commit to indulgence can upgrade to lobster mashed potatoes. Dessert, naturally, remains one of the highlights. The lineup includes raspberry sorbet, cheesecake, and Mastro’s signature Personal Warm Butter Cake, a longtime guest favorite that becomes even more seasonal this summer.

Valley locations are introducing a limited-time Lemon Blueberry Butter Cake, a citrus-forward take on the classic dessert that combines bright lemon flavors with bursts of blueberry wrapped inside the restaurant’s signature buttery cake. The result is a menu that balances special-occasion dining with weeknight accessibility, offering guests a chance to enjoy the steakhouse experience with a seasonal twist, without waiting for a holiday or celebration to justify it.
