They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And, for me, it’s also the most delicious (well, breakfast anddessert). So I was ecstatic to find out that Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley is now dishing up breakfast. Lon’s new Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco breakfast menu features bold tastes and breakfast classics of artful American cuisine with a focus on fresh, regional ingredients and farm-to-table offerings.
Offered from 7 to 10 a.m. daily, breakfast diners can choose huevos rancheros with a twist, vegetarian egg white frittata, traditional eggs benedict, dry cherry French toast with whipped crème friache, custom omelet creations, Lon’s fresh-baked brioche “monkey bread,” short rib hash, Kurobuta ham and many more delicious a.m. eats. I think some French toast on Lon’s incredible patio might just be the ideal way to start the weekend. Don’t you? 5532 N. Palo Cristi Rd/, Paradise Valley, 602.955.7878, http://www.lons.com/.
