If you can’t stand the heat, get, umm, in the kitchen. Fox Restaurant Concepts has unveiled a unique culinary opportunity for its customers with the introduction of the Summer Experience Sessions at five of its Valley eateries. Through August 31, Bloom, The Greene House, True Food Kitchen, NoRTH and Olive & Ivy will showcase a series of wine and cooking classes along with culinary events that connect guests with the masters behind Sam Fox’s super successful restaurants. “These events and special deals are our way of saying thanks to our guests who continue to support us throughout the year and into the summer months,” said Fox, president and CEO of Fox Restaurant Concepts. “The Summer Experience Sessions give guests the opportunity to do something totally unique, get up close and personal with some of the great talent we have been so lucky to attract within the organization, and do it all at a great price.”
One of the highlights of Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Summer Experience Sessions includes executive chef and partner Christopher Cristiano showcasing the best of Fox Restaurant Concepts in a not-to-miss event at NoRTH in Kierland Commons on Monday, June 22. The class will take the very best dishes prepared at a variety of the restaurants within the FRC portfolio and bring them together in one class. Another experience to note is the Sunday, June 28 cooking and sustainable wine class at True Food Kitchen. Executive chef Michael Stebner and Regan Jasper will come together to teach the healthy lifestyle techniques featured at the Dr. Andrew Weil-inspired restaurant. T
hese Summer Experience events complement additional summer specials at Fox Restaurant Concepts including a rotation of half-price bottles of wine at Bloom, NoRTH and The Greene House; a tequila of the week rotation and happy hour specials at Blanco; and a $20 Sauce summer sampler.
