The Coors Light Birds Nest at the WM Phoenix Open is turning up the heat in 2026, unveiling a Grand Central Market-themed culinary concourse designed to elevate the already iconic Bird’s Nest VIP experience. Inspired by Los Angeles’ famed food hall, the concept blends multicultural flavors, neon signage, and a sense of organized chaos, creating an immersive, open-air environment that feels as exciting as the crowds it surrounds.
Included with the price of a VIP ticket, the new culinary destination brings together five of Arizona’s dining concepts: Bacanora, Postino, Little Miss BBQ, Il Bosco Pizza, and Wandering Donkey – adding a dynamic new layer to one of golf’s bucket-list-worthy events.

The Grand Central Market theme transforms the Birds Nest into a culinary street market where guests can wander between chef-driven menus, sip cocktails, and socialize ahead of each night’s concert lineup. The atmosphere is designed to celebrate Arizona’s diverse food scene.
Bacanora, led by James Beard Award-winning chef René Andrade, brings the spirit of Sonoran cooking to the party with rustic, open-flame flavors rooted in tradition and community. Andrade will serve wiwolada, a ceviche featuring shrimp, michimix, baja sauce, pepino, cebolla, cilantro, and limon, paired with tostadas.
Postino will lean into its signature spirit of connection by serving a trio of shareable classics: meatballs, brie apple fig bruschetta, and spicy pepper jam bruschetta.

Little Miss BBQ adds its legendary Central Texas-style barbecue to the mix, offering a smoked pulled pork sandwich alongside BBQ green chili with jalapeño grits, bringing smoky comfort to the festival-style setting.
Il Bosco Pizza will keep things fast and flavorful with handcrafted, wood-fired pizzas, including the vegetarian Adrianna with red sauce, mozzarella, and basil; the Joanna with sausage, pepperoni, and mozzarella; and the Valentina, topped with pepperoni, Calabrian chili sauce, and a drizzle of honey.
Wandering Donkey will serve Southwest flavors through its chicken tacos with grilled peppers and onions, red salsa, cotija, and pork carnitas tacos topped with pickled red onions, cilantro, verde salsa, and cotija.

Beyond the Birds Nest, guests can head to Estelle for a refined Par-Tee Brunch that transitions into dinner service. Brunch is available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, making it an ideal stop to keep the energy going before the evening festivities begin. As the sun sets, Estelle’s atmosphere comes alive with DJ sets, live performers and cocktails. Guests who show their WM Phoenix Open ticket or wristband before 8 p.m. will receive 20 percent off throughout the week.
“The Birds Nest has always been about elevating the energy, and this year we wanted to reimagine the VIP food and beverage experience in a way that feels immersive, dynamic, and delicious,” said Brandon Bell, Tournament Chairman of the Birds Nest. “Grand Central Market in LA inspired us by bringing together incredible flavors and iconic visuals that offer top-tier culinary experiences, no matter what type of cuisine you’re looking to explore.”
