Lin’s Grand Buffet, the Arizona-based all-you-can-eat destination, is expanding with a new location opening at Tucson Mall in early 2026. The restaurant will showcase Lin’s signature blend of Chinese, Japanese and seafood selections, prepared with high-quality ingredients. The design of the newest location will honor the heritage of Lin’s Grand Buffet while embracing desert-inspired elements to highlight its connection to Arizona.

“Tucson’s spirit and culinary diversity have inspired us to open a second location here,” CEO Frank Lam said. “We’re thrilled to further deepen our ties with the community, offering a welcoming space where families and friends can gather and savor the unique flavors that we are known for.”
The new location promises to deliver the same immersive culinary experience guests have come to expect, from a lively sushi bar to a Mongolian grill and live cooking stations. Classic favorites like orange chicken, beef and broccoli, and sesame chicken will be joined by offerings such as Cajun seafood boil, bourbon chicken, and salt and pepper shrimp.

Spanning a total of 7,720 square feet, the Tucson Mall Lin’s Grand Buffet will seat up to 235 guests in a 3,505-square-foot dining area, making it a prime venue for casual lunches, family dinners, and larger group celebrations. The design concept merges contemporary lines with natural textures, earthy tones, and ambient lighting to create a modern Asian-inspired atmosphere that feels sophisticated and comfortable.
The environment is the result of collab between general contractor Natalie Arzaga of Pate Contractors L.L.C., architect Vince Catalano of VVC Design P.L.L.C., and interior designer Jiranut Kitkobchai of Cantileve.

“We wanted the location to feel sophisticated and inviting,” Lam said. “With the buffet as the centerpiece and minimalist design, we’ve created a space for guests to enjoy our signature experience.” The new restaurant will also provide take-out and delivery options.
Lin’s has steadily grown since opening its first location in 2002. Today, the brand operates 15 locations across Arizona, California, and Texas, with an additional restaurant scheduled to open soon in Houston and three more planned across the Southwest in 2026 and 2027.
