Scottsdale’s Perk Eatery launched PERK Gourmet, a line of small-batch sauces and marinades that are present on the restaurant’s menu. The first gourmet product in this new line is the famed cilantro-jalapeno sauce, a healthy topping for eggs, marinade for chicken or steak, grilling sauce or seafood glaze. The 12-ounce bottle is $7.99 at Perk Eatery.
