One More Taste of Summer at Quiessence

With summer winding down, there’s still time to savor one more special meal at Quiessence at The Farm. Through the end of August, the restaurant is inviting diners to experience its Taste of Quiessence, a five-course menu showcasing seasonal ingredients and the restaurant’s signature farm-driven approach.

Priced at $75 per person, the dinner begins with an amuse bouche of melon gazpacho, paired with bell pepper, lime chip, avocado, mint and a roasted corn tortilla chip.

For the second course, diners can choose between “Soil & Seed” Miso Zucchini Soup and the Quiessence Caesar Salad. The soup combines sweet corn, tomato chip, bell pepper coulis, lemon basil, zucchini ribbon, eggplant caponata and cucumber blossom, while the Caesar features grilled romaine, house-smoked bacon, fried capers, crostini, Parmesan, radish and Caesar aioli.

The third course brings Hayden Flour Mills handmade Scarpinocc, filled with ricotta and served with duck confit, shishitos, zucchini, eggplant, fried sage and squash blossom. It’s followed by an intermezzo of grapefruit sorbet with mint, preserved watermelon rind, culinary Pop Rocks and citrus dust.

For the final course, guests can choose from Chula Seafood Wood-Fire Grilled Salmon, Two Wash Ranch Cornish Hen Roulade or Prime Wood-Fire Grilled Ribeye for an additional $20. To make the evening even more indulgent, diners can add a $55 wine pairing designed to complement the five courses. During the Taste of Quiessence special, additional bites are also half price, including oysters and foie gras macarons, while select bottles of wine are available at half price.

The Taste of Quiessence offers a chance to experience the restaurant’s seasonal cooking at a special price point. But with the menu available only through the end of August, this particular taste of summer won’t be around for long. Learn more: Quiessence Restaurant.
