If your go-to order at Haymaker has become a habit, it might be time to shake things up. The West Valley favorite, known for its all-day breakfast, burgers and comfort food, has unveiled an updated menu featuring fresh seasonal flavors alongside the hearty dishes that have made it a staple since opening in 2013.
One of the biggest additions is a lineup of Harvest Bowls, offering lighter options without sacrificing flavor. Seafood lovers can opt for the Blackened Shrimp Bowl, layered with brown rice, black beans, jalapeño, tomato, avocado, feta, roasted corn, tortilla strips and Greek yogurt crema.

The Grilled Chicken Bowl combines brown rice with spinach, candied walnuts, dried cranberries, apples, feta and apple cider vinaigrette for a sweet-and-savory combination; the Grilled Salmon Bowl features sustainable honey-glazed or blackened salmon served over brown rice with avocado, black beans, roasted corn, tomatoes and honey mustard.
The new Boss Hog Combo allows guests to choose two or three proteins from a lineup that includes pulled pork, sliced brisket, BBQ chicken breast, meatloaf, chicken tenders, half racks of ribs and chopped brisket. The feast is rounded out with cowboy beans and mac and cheese.

The menu also welcomes a few new shareable appetizers that are perfect for the table. Sonoran Egg Rolls pack crispy flour tortillas with chicken, black beans, corn, jalapeño Jack cheese, spinach and red peppers, while the Haymaker Trifecta lets guests mix and match favorites like wings, chicken tenders, pulled pork sliders, onion rings, fried pickles, fried zucchini and more.

For those who believe chicken tenders deserve the spotlight, the new Saucy Tender Basket delivers hand-battered tenders tossed in your choice of signature sauces, including Nashville Hot, Buffalo, BBQ, BBQ-Buffalo or Hot Buffalo, alongside fries and ranch dressing.

To help beat the Arizona heat, Haymaker has also introduced Back Porch Refreshers. The menu features playful creations like the Desert Cream, blending Dr. Pepper with vanilla, coconut cream and half-and-half; Paradise Punch, a tropical mix of lemonade, strawberry, white peach and coconut; Huck It, a refreshing combination of huckleberry and lemonade; and Blush Rush, which pairs prickly pear with lemonade. Energy drink fans will also find several options, including Blue Voltage, Tidal Wave and Island Ignition.
Since opening its doors in 2013, Haymaker has built a loyal following with its scratch-made comfort food, all-day breakfast and 100% Angus chuck burgers. Learn more at haymakerus.com.
