Fresh Margaritas and Bold Bites Arrive at Blanco This Summer 

Blanco Cocina + Cantina is turning up the flavor this summer with a lineup of seasonal dishes, margaritas and cocktails now available across its Arizona locations. The new menu combines bright ingredients, bold spices and refreshing drinks designed for warmer days.

New dishes available at most Blanco locations induce Chicken Flautas with roasted poblano, charred onions, jack cheese and cilantro lime crema; Green Chile Queso topped with guacamole and salsa fresca; and a Crispy Shell Ground Chicken Taco with queso Chihuahua, lettuce and pico de gallo.

Blanco Reserva is offering several exclusive additions for guests looking for an elevated experience. Highlights include Mexican Tuna Tartare with yuzu salsa, avocado and crispy corn; Blue Crab Aguachile with jalapeño, cucumber and salsa macha; and Prime Skirt Steak & Garlic Shrimp. 

Guests at every location, including Blanco Reserva at PV, can also try the Chopped Chicken Salad, made with strawberries, mango, manchego cheese, avocado and jalapeño lime vinaigrette. Behind the bar, the returning Smashed Watermelon Margarita blends blanco tequila, chili con sal and house lime sour, while La Batanga pairs tequila with Mexican Coca-Cola and Velvet Falernum. 

Reserva’s exclusive summer cocktails include Lilikoi’s Revenge with añejo tequila, rum and tropical fruit, along with the Que Rico, made with Patrón Cristalino añejo, lime, agave and dry curaçao before being shaken and poured tableside.
