Founded by hospitality veterans Phillip Lewkowicz and Neal Thompson, Belmont was built on the idea of delivering exceptional food and service without the pretense. Lewkowicz brings more than a decade of industry experience, with a résumé that includes helping to shape some of the Valley’s most celebrated dining destinations, such as Café Monarch and Reserve Scottsdale.

Leading the kitchen is Alex Stratta, a James Beard Award-winning chef and two-time Michelin-starred culinary talent whose career has taken him from Monaco to Las Vegas. At Belmont, Stratta’s menu centers on premium ingredients, seasonal flavors, and precision-driven execution, with a strong focus on sourcing from Arizona farms and local producers whenever possible.

Belmont is introducing a lineup of new dining experiences designed to give guests even more reasons to stop in. Its daily Summer Happy Hour, available from 3 to 5 p.m., features handcrafted cocktails, seasonal spritzes, and chef-driven bites, including the Wagyu Burger, Crispy Rice Tuna Tartare, and Bacon-Wrapped Dates.

Belmont is also rolling out curated dining offerings. Its Sommelier’s Board, available Sunday through Thursday, pairs a rotating bruschetta flight with a bottle of wine selected by Wine Director Kyrri Rauber. Guests can also opt for Belmont’s new three-course prix-fixe menu, offered Sunday through Thursday for $65 per person, with optional wine pairings.

Another summer experiences arrives on June 24 and July 1 with “A Night in Mexico,” a special three-course tasting menu created by Chef Fidencio Alatriste. Served from 4 to 9 p.m., the limited-time dinner draws inspiration from Alatriste’s upbringing in Mexico and his years of professional culinary experience, celebrating the flavors, traditions, and regional influences that shaped his passion for cooking.

Each course offers an elevated take on authentic Mexican cuisine, blending premium ingredients with time-honored techniques and modern presentation. Guests can also enhance the evening with optional tequila and cocktail pairings curated to complement the menu, while Belmont’s regular dinner menu will remain available throughout the experience.
