Mendocino Farms is deepening its presence in the Valley with continued expansion across Scottsdale and Phoenix, bringing its California-born fast-casual concept to even more neighborhoods.

Following the success of its first Arizona location in Gainey Ranch, the brand will open its second Valley restaurant on June 2 at The Promenade Scottsdale. A third Valley location is also already in the pipeline, set to open this fall in the Arcadia neighborhood near 44th Street and Indian School Road.
Designed as a bright and welcoming neighborhood gathering spot, the new location reflects the brand’s core philosophy: approachable, chef-driven food served in a warm, hospitality-focused environment. Guests can stop in for a quick lunch, dinner with friends, or take advantage of convenient catering options.

“We are thrilled with the enthusiasm and great feedback we’ve received from the community since entering the Valley with our first store at Gainey Ranch,” said Alicia Mowder, Chief Marketing Officer. “We’re excited to continue growing in the market and to bring the Mendocino Farms experience to guests at The Promenade and in Arcadia. We look forward to introducing even more of the community to our menu and hospitality.”
To celebrate the North Scottsdale opening, guests who sign up for a My Mendo rewards account and select the new location as their favorite will receive a free entrée with any purchase on grand opening day. The brand is also planning additional surprises, including limited-edition giveaways and exclusive swag.

For the first three months, the restaurant will offer 50 percent back on in-store fundraiser events, supporting schools and organizations while encouraging community gatherings.
The menu continues Mendocino Farms’ signature mix of comfort and creativity, with standouts like the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich, the Farm Club and the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada. Seasonal specials rotate throughout the year. For more information, visit mendocinofarms.com.
