Available daily from 3 to 5 p.m. in the lounge and bar, Happy Hour marks the first time the restaurant has offered a dedicated early-evening menu since opening its doors. Designed as a chic transition from day to night, the experience leans into shareable plates, cocktails and the high-energy ambiance that has become synonymous with the space.
Guests can explore a lineup of Italian small plates, from Lumache Alla Vodka with spicy vodka sauce to Roman-style meatballs finished with pomodoro, parmesan and fried basil. The Roman Burger layers grilled red onions with aged provolone, while lighter options like the Yellow Endive Caesar and Castelvetrano olives offer a balance of bright, savory flavors.
Comforts like parmesan fries with garlic aioli and saffron-kissed arancini round out the menu, encouraging a more leisurely approach to dining.
