Seasonal specials are in bloom across the Valley as restaurants and bars release menus to celebrate summer. From refreshing ingredients to floral notes, these establishments provide guests with the perfect drinks and snacks to complement Arizona’s weather…ideally to enjoy on the patio before it gets too hot!

Windsor

Fresh, bright, and fruity ingredients characterize the all-new seasonal lineup at Windsor. Floral notes from elderflower and the incorporation of tropical elements, such as pineapple and tamarind, add a refreshing, sunny twist ideal for warmer weather, complemented by seasonal flavors like strawberry and lychee. Guests can also enjoy $6 cocktails daily until 5 p.m.

The Italiano

Summer Wine Dinner Series, an exclusive four-night dining experience featuring world-class wines and five-course Italian menus thoughtfully crafted by Chef Joey Maggiore, is set to debut at The Italiano this summer. Each of the five courses is perfectly paired with wines from a celebrated vineyard, accompanied by tips from a visiting winemaker or vineyard expert. Tickets are $125 per guest for a single dinner or $400 per guest for the full four-event summer package.

The Montauk

A blend of savory, floral notes, and citrusy sips for every kind of summer vibe has landed at this Old Town Scottsdale lounge. Bar Bambino

Sophisticated lounge Bar Bambino is adding to its extensive menu of entrées and shareable plates. New highlights include smoked trout dip, shrimp cocktail, zeppole, and more. Bar Bambino will now feature a live DJ and disco dancers on Fridays and Saturdays.
