As reported earlier, Chef Christopher Gross is closing his Biltmore Fashion Park restaurants, Christopher’s and Crush Lounge, on Saturday, Jan. 27. Before Chef and his team pack up for new adventures at the Wrigley Mansion, he is offering a special four-course menu (full menu is listed below) with many of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes from 5 p.m. to closer on Jan. 27.
The grand finale dinner is priced at $99 per person (non-inclusive of tax and gratuity). Wine pairings, specially chosen by Crush’s wine director/co-owner Paola Embry, can be added for $30/person. All wines by the bottle will be 50 off the regular list price that evening as well.
Plus, each guest will receive a complimentary tasting pour from the six-liter bottle of 2006 DeLille Cellars Chaleur Estate, which was gifted to Chef Gross and Embry from the winery when the restaurant opened its doors 10 years ago.
