  • 2 oz. Tequila Blanco
  • 1/2 oz. Grand marnier 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. Anise star Syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz. Baby cactus puree 3 mint leaves

“Nopal” or baby cactus, represents some of the semi-desert areas in Mexico. In Guerrero, specifically, there are lots of baby cactus and herbs from arid zones. Tequila and baby cactus is the soul of this drink, with earthy aromas and the power of tequila, which is enhanced with anise star syrup, lime and sea salt.”

All the ingredients into the shaker, strong and heavy movements, serve over fresh glass of ice rimmed with sea salt and mint.
