A typical day in my life includes…
coffee! Can’t function without it! Then I feed Toby (my 13 year old Maltese mix who very much still acts like a pup), make some breaky in for myself, throw on the uniform – leggings & sports bra (all day every day) and I am off to teach a variety of classes. I teach strength, endurance, and indoor cycling classes daily. The energy from classes, the dope beats, and the sweaty high fives are what fuel my days. Grateful for every day I get to do what I do!

ALL the music! In my line of work music is EVERYTHING! It’s truly one of the reasons why I love what I do. In my classes you can catch the juiciest remixes, hip hop and EDM. Some of my absolute faves are Drake, G-Eazy, Cardi B and Diplo!
My family…
is my greatest treasure. I have the most hardworking parents who have been married for 31 years. I am the oldest of four, two brothers and a sister. My sister is the only one who lives in Arizona, one brother lives in Utah and the other in Texas. I cherish the moments when we all get to be together because those moments are few and far between. Growing up with 3 siblings was never dull to say the least. Donkey Kong on the Original Nintendo was our jam, ha!

individuals that aren’t afraid to truly be themselves! We live in a world where the opinions of others can dictate the way we think and act. Those that are real and practice what they preach are the ones that move me to be the best version of myself.
The one person who motivates me is…
too hard to pick one person! I am inspired daily by those I see kicking serious ass in my classes, all with different backgrounds, all with different struggles and stories. I get to witness new levels of confidence and people achieving their fitness goals because they’ve chosen to put in the work. These people come together for one hour, share energy, push each other and celebrate each other’s hustle and effort. There’s nothing more inspiring than that!
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…
hate, it’s so unnecessary. Wouldn’t it be nice if no one got in the way of someone else’s happiness?
The perfect day would be…
coffee and pankcakes for breaky! Lots of sunshine, a killer workout and a nice long bath. Then all the rose and quality time with friends and family.
My first job was…
Applebee’s. I started working right when I turned 16. Before that my bestie and I were always looking for ways to earn a buck. We started a mobile car washing business in our neighborhood when we were 14. It lasted a short summer because we ran out of relatives to convince to use our services, haha!
My favorite escape…
the beach is always a win for this desert girl! Hand me a margarita on the rocks, a couple tacos, and I am happy baby.
My life…
has been quite the adventure and and I am thankful for every day! There have been hardships, failures and lots of mistakes but how do we become who we are supposed to without all of it, right? One thing I have learned is that there is always new strength to discover.
