A typical day in my life includes… I usually start my day around 3 or 4 am to get a good jump start on the day. First thing that is a must is to start the coffee pot. I spend about 10 to 15 minutes doing stretches/yoga which is a great way for me to prepare my day mentally and physically. Then some personal hygiene, shower shave, feel fresh and ready to take on the day. I jump right in to answering all the emails I may have missed overnight, of course not without that first cup of coffee. Then from there it depends what’s on my schedule.
It can range from meetings, to show prep or production for my weekly radio show, to any business affairs I need to take care of for the company. One of my personal secrets is to take a 30 to 45-minute nap during the day which lets my brain and body reset.
Then usually at the end of the day, I have family time with my wife and daughter we have dinner and talk about our day. I like to unwind with a book or a good movie, I am a big fan of documentaries and they tend to inspire.

My favorite thing about Arizona… I love the history, the culture and the beautiful scenery that inspires me to get out and explore this wonderful state and all it has to offer.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… To stop racism and hatred and find peace and love in one another
